3 Days a Week
You need to make it to the gym at least 3 days out of the week Mon-Fri, at any of our convenient class times 5,6,7 am or 430,530 PM.
You will need to check in on Facebook everyday that you make it in. write a small sentence.
You will need to follow the meal plan that is provided one for Men and one for Women
You will need to lose 15 lbs. in 5 weeks
You will need to put a 100% fully refundable $297 commitment deposit down. (fully refundable if you follow all that is required of you above)
