What is Pure Workout?
Pure Workout is a amazing gym filled with amazing people. We strive to provide an amazing and effective workout that will not only push you, but also Help you feel amazing when you are done wanting to come back for more.


Why was the challenge started?

We actually were the originators of the 6 week challenge here in Salt lake city. We started this program because we saw a MASSIVE need for Utahns to make a change with their eating habits, and how they move their body.

We have become too much of a sedentary race now. We sit in front of the TV, sit at work, sit on the couch at home again, and we maybe get 10,000 steps in a day… that pails in comparison to our ancestors that would walk or move 30,000-40,000 steps in one day. They were healthier, and happier and in much better shape.

WE need to get back to that, this is why we created the 15 in 5 challenge
