We love people who have tried reading workout books but are unsatisfied with the results - this shows you value education. We also like people who have bought and tried dvd's - this shows us that you are willing to put in the work.

You will get physically and mentally stronger in an environment that has no gimmicks, and nothing flashy. You won't get endless sets, there are no treadmills - this is not a fluffy workout. Getting in shape is not a quick fix. It requires a lifestyle change - something you are willing to commit to for the long haul.
Just ask Jenny V- she came to us and wanted a change. She knew that things weren't going to happen overnight. With hard work and determination she has lost 120 pounds, and more importantly she is now healthy and strong. We want people like Jenny - people who are willing to commit. Not for one month, not for ten pounds, but for as long as it takes.
We take what we do seriously. We want a group of dedicated people around us so we are extremely selective about who we accept as clients. Because we are so different than an ordinary gym, it takes more than a credit card and a pulse to get accepted here.
If price is your main concern, we are not the right gym for you. We firmly believe that you get what you pay for. We are not the dollar store of gyms. If you want discount training then this gym is not a good fit for you.
We will hold you accountable through monthly measurements and a tried and true diet plan. We don't do one-on-one training. We have discovered that workouts are more enjoyable with more people and that it keeps a light level of competition that makes us all work a little harder.
We don't want "Tire Kickers"- people who always have an excuse, we don't want whiners and cry babies.
So who do we really want? We want YOU if you are:
- A hard worker.
- Someone who cares about their time, our time and the time of everyone else in the gym. If you can't be on time then we are not for you.
- Willing to commit - we require you to commit your time for training, and dieting - even commit to what you will do outside of gym time.
- Willing to accept our class times - Don't ask us to change class times to meet your schedule.
- Willing to work your ass off without whining or crying. We know our workouts are hard. That is the point - non-traditional training will get results!
