Welcome to Pure Workout! Utah’s Number 1 Underground Gym

If you are here reading this website then that means you must be serious about your health. You truly want to make a change or have made a change but the “Big Box” or “Globo Gym” just is not doing it for you. Well, we can truly say you have come to the right place.

Pure Workout has been Utah’s number one rated strength gym for the past 3 years running. At Pure Workout we want only serious people!! Keep the giggly-- I just want to “tone up”--crap for Curves and Gold’s.. That is NOT who we are.

We are not a fancy flashy gym with glitz and glamour. You will not find air conditioning, fancy equipment, or the latest fad. We run things the way people get results!

As the trainers here, we take your health and well being seriously, but do not expect to be babied. Don’t expect your excuses to work with us. We always say, “you can or can’t either way you will be right”.

We are looking for people that are not afraid to throw up from pushing themselves. We are looking for those that are not afraid to be the best they can be. We are looking for those that are sick of seeing someone sitting next to a running treadmill but they are not on it. Instead they are picking up on the guy or girl that just walked by. We expect you to sweat. We expect you to push WAY outside your comfort zone. We expect you to WANT to do this as well.

We do not have any room in our gym for people with BIG egos or think they are too good for our gym.

We also don’t have any room for whiners or complainers, people that say the words “I can’t” or have the “woe is me” attitude, or think that they are the only one that suffers during a workout. If this is you, please look away.

It doesn’t matter what shape you are in! Too skinny, too overweight, too tall, too small … come in with a burning passion and we can take care of the results. As long as you walk through the front door of the gym with a committed attitude we can promise to deliver on our end with the best workout that you have ever had. EVERY TIME!!

Understand that this will not happen over night. You are going to have to put in SERIOUS work to achieve the results that you want. Understand that you will be sore, you may throw up, you are going to sweat… A LOT. There will be times you don’t want to go, but you will feel way better when you do.

We are not the Wal-Mart of gyms in Utah, meaning we are not the cheapest.

If you want cheap, go to a gym that offers cheap results. But we will tell you this, YOU get what you pay for with us. In as little as two weeks you can expect to see improvements in:

  • Gain in lean muscle mass

If you went through life expecting to have everything given to you, then you will be crushed when you don’t get the results that you were looking for. In order to achieve these results you have to put in the extra work.

That little bit of extra work is in the kitchen. 90% of all results physically come to you in the kitchen. Educate yourself. Take a cooking class, do whatever it takes to learn HOW to eat the right foods. Also a food journal will be a BIG implementation to helping you along your journey. It never lies; it will always give you the feedback that you will need.
